"Christian is the kind of guy that really understands that Leadership is a choice…not a title or formal position. In the past two leadership positions , he was heavily invested into people development. He helped affirm potential and challenged people to become the best version of themselves. I sometimes got to see the product of his work as I got to see the growth and development of some of those individuals. Impressive! 

He also displayed the courage to change, the courage to take risks and to grow. What I really like is that he “walks his talk“, which means he lives with integrity to his values and is a role model for others."
